I decided to be an EDHEC ambassador because I wanted to develop the relationships between Edhec alumni in my company who, for various reasons like moving to different parts of the globe, changing to married names, or because of age differences, often don't know one another. The aim is to promote our degree within the company by highlighting the diversity of graduate skills, taking advantage of the natural ties between alumni to facilitate dialogue between the different functions, and helping out newly recruited young graduates.

Being an EDHEC ambassador in my company today means having the honour and the joy of serving and helping pass on a little of what I myself received. Promoting EDHEC also involves being exemplary in my everyday professional behaviour as well as helping the other ambassadors by contributing to, encouraging and coordinating the actions undertaken to promote our school and its alumni with our employer.

Nowadays, my main contact with EDHEC is in the frame of my job as recruiter of young graduates, which means I go to the EDHEC Forum every year as well as to the audit recruitment days. And obviously I have a soft spot for Edhec people!

I teach at EDHEC every year. This year I was in charge of the Human Resource sessions for the 90 students in the English Track on the Lille campus. I try to take on EDHEC interns every year and to recruit them full time after their internship whenever possible.
