Building on 10 years of experience of deploying Learning Teams™ in schools and in business, EDHEC's Leadership and Managerial Competencies Chair is opening a training program in 2018. To train managers to become Company Learning Managers..
The CLM is a manager who knows how to transform his team into a learning community, a manager "in the service" to their team, and at the same time , facilitate and support the activity. The training is based on the method founded in the Learning Team ™ such as questioning, the critical incident approach, reflexivity and reflective writing through a Learning Journal.
Duration: over a period of 16 months. 8 months on campus (One six-hour session per month) followed by 8 months of practice accompanied by supervision sessions (1 every 6 weeks).
The LMC Chair delivers certification for this program. This certification guarantees the CLM has met demanding requirements and knowledge of all subjects as well as adhereing to ethical standards of practice. The certification is reevaluated regularly by the LCM Chair. The LCM Chair reserves the right to withdraw certification if the requirements are no longer respected.
