Certificate Course: Strategic Foresight

In Spring 2021, we will launch a 5-week course that helps you to build your capacity to respond when disruption occurs. This course is particularly relevant for senior managers, public sector and NGO leaders, consultants, researchers or scholars interested in the areas of strategy, transformation and innovation. You will develop skills to scan for signals, build scenarios, craft winning strategies and develop a portfolio of actions that you can adapt through a blend of self-paced learning and weekly live faculty sessions. In addition, we offer a 10-hour coaching add-on to the programme. This provides support on a specific aspect of interest to you on a group (no more than 5) or individual basis. Read more.
