EDHEC Business School is recruiting a Product Marketing Specialist (M/F).
This is a full-time fixed-term contract (CDI) position based on the Paris campus.

Role 

As part of the Direction Marketing des Programmes, the Product Marketing Specialist contributes to the development and execution of marketing initiatives across the EDHEC Online portfolio, ensuring alignment with programme positioning and enhancing programme visibility, engagement, and conversion. 

The role focuses on ensuring the quality, consistency, and impact of programme messaging across all marketing and recruitment touchpoints, while contributing to content production, coordination, and market understanding. This includes participation in the go to-market of new programmes through the creation of launch content, marketing assets, and cross-team coordination.

Key responsibilities:

Content production and optimization

  • Review, write, and adapt marketing content across channels (landing pages, 

  • emails, ads, scripts, articles) in English and French

  • Ensure consistency of tone, messaging, and alignment with programme positioning

     

Marketing Execution & Programme Promotion

  • Contribute to the rollout of marketing initiatives in collaboration with acquisition, 

  • CRM, and content teams 

  • Participate in the preparation and delivery of marketing assets across channels 

  • Contribute to the go-to-market of new programmes, including launch content and 

  • coordination 

  • Maintain and update sales enablement materials, ensuring alignment with 

  • marketing messaging 

Market and competitive insights

  • Contribute to the collection of student and market insights (feedback, surveys, 

  • admissions input) 

  • Maintain and update product marketing materials and knowledge base (positioning, 

  • messaging, personas) 

  • Contribute to improving messaging and content based on insights and feedback 

Marketing execution and operations

  • Monitor content performance (emails, assets, brochures, website, landing pages

  • etc) and identify areas for improvement 

  • Contribute to the testing and iteration of content and messaging across channels 

  • Use AI tools to enhance assets production efficiency and contribute to structuring 

  • templates and automations

  • Track projects and deliverables, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure smooth 

  • execution

 

Profile &  

  • Master’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, from a recognized institution 

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content, product marketing, or a related role (including internships or apprenticeships) 

  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English and French (full professional proficiency required) 

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality content 

  • Strong interest in digital marketing and higher education (experience in EdTech is a plus) 

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines 

  • Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented 

  • Curious mindset, with an interest in learning and continuous improvement 

  • Comfortable using digital tools and interested in exploring AI to improve efficiency

  • Previous experience using HubSpot would be a plus.
