EDHEC in figures:
EDHEC Business School is recruiting an International Programme Advisor (M/F).
This is a full-time fixed-term contract (CDD) position based on the Nice campus.
Main tasks
Reporting to the International Recruitment Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
Lead Qualification and Processing

Handle incoming leads from marketing campaigns, contact forms, profile evaluations, webinars, and other sources.

Qualify prospects based on program eligibility criteria and assess their level of interest, program fit, and readiness in the buying cycle.

Prepare and categorize qualified leads to maximize conversion opportunities and facilitate transfer to regional recruiters or admissions teams.

Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the qualification process.
Conversion and Handover

Convert qualified leads into solid opportunities according to standards and KPIs.

Effectively hand over qualified prospects to regional Recruitment Managers for follow-up and application completion.

Document and structure leads in the CRM system with all relevant information.
CRM Management and Reporting

Manage and update the CRM (e.g., HubSpot) to ensure complete traceability of interactions, prospect statuses, and actions taken.

Contribute to data analysis to optimize qualification approaches and improve business processes.

Provide regular reports on qualification performance, conversion rates, and observed pipeline trends.
Internal Collaboration

Work closely with:

Share qualitative market feedback and insights gathered during candidate interactions with operational teams.

Technical Skills

Excellent command of CRM tools (ideally HubSpot).

Proven ability to qualify leads and convert prospects into opportunities.

Ability to work in a metrics-driven, results-oriented environment.
Interpersonal Skills

Strong oral and written communication skills with international stakeholders.

Customer service mindset, empathy, and ability to listen and understand prospect needs.

Autonomy, organizational skills, and ability to manage a high volume of incoming leads.
Experience

Previous experience in a similar role (recruitment, admissions, lead qualification, or sales conversion in higher education or Executive Education).

Experience with international programs, professional audiences, or executive formats is a plus.
Languages

Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential to interact with a global prospect base.
