Apply to EDHEC International BBA

Are you an international student? If you have completed the level of education required to be admitted to a university in your home province, state or country then you should be eligible to apply for first-year admission to EDHEC International BBA.

Admission is only possible if you provide the mandatory visa and requirements asked by the French authorities before the start of the school year. We do not accept transfers from another institution.

Requirements by educational system

EDHEC accepts most secondary school diplomas that meet the academic requirements for university entrance. We strongly recommend taking subjects relevant to the chosen program to increase your chances of being admitted (Science, Mathematics, Economics or/and Humanities courses, Language courses). Admitted students must provide their secondary school diploma by July 2025 (August 2025 for British Qualifications). Diplomas released in December (i.e. New Zealand, South American diplomas…) must be awarded in the year before the enrollment (i.e. diploma awarded in December 2024 for the September 2025 enrollment).

American High School Diploma

We strongly recommend taking subjects relevant to the chosen program to increase your chances of being admitted.

Although not mandatory, we highly recommend at least 1 Advanced Placement (AP) or Honors course. Please check the List of accepted AP subjects here.

International Baccalaureate (IB Diploma)

Only the IB Diploma Programme is considered for admission.
IB Certificates and IB Career Related Programme (CP) are not valid for admission. Please note that retakes in November 2025 will not be accepted.

A Levels

EDHEC accepts applicants with a minimum of 3 subjects at Advanced Level (A Level) and with at least one A level in either Economics, Mathematics or Business. Minimum grades accepted: CCC.
Please note that A Levels in Critical Thinking and General Studies are not accepted.
BTECs are not recognized as valid substitutes for the required A Levels.
Admission (conditional offer): the Admissions Committee will revoke the admission if final examination grades are under CCC.

Mandatory documents

International students need to provide the following documents:

Your curriculum and High School transcripts obtained during the 3 last semesters (secondary school only). If your academic year is divided into terms, please indicate grades of the 1^st and 3^rd terms of the previous year and the 1^st term of the current year. As a priority, please indicate grades corresponding to Science, Mathematics, Economics or/and Humanities courses as well as a first language and second language. Candidates taking A Levels: 3 A Levels minimum, grades A to C.
Resume and personal statement. The personal statement should be a one-page document, more like a motivation letter rather than an academic essay. The format is free.
Language test results (see conditions in the "language requirements" section).
Emage-me personality test.

Emage-me

Emage-me is an app that will test your values & motivations, your personality, and your soft skills. You must complete your Emage-me test and pay your application fees in order to complete your EDHEC application online.

How to use Emage-me?

Download the app from the App Store or Play Store.
Create your account with the email address used for your online application and enter code “EDHEC” in “Add a new track – Enter an onboarding code”.
Respond to scenarios and questions to better identify your personality traits.
Share your emage-me profile with relatives to gather their vision of your strengths and axes of development. You can select which feedback you want to share with the school.
Answer questions about your motivation and values (6 written answers + 4 video pitches), to prepare for your interview.

You may need to pass an English test to apply to our Global Business track and our Business Management track. Review the requirements below to find out if you are eligible.

Language test deadlines

Session 1: you have until December 4, 2024 to upload your results.
Session 2: you have until February 4, 2025 to upload your results.
Session 3: you have until March 11, 2025 to upload your results.
Session 4: you have until April 26, 2025 to upload your results.

In your online application file, upload your score if you already have it. If you do not have your score yet, upload your official test notification letter.

Online Track

Only students in special situations, whether athletes, entrepreneurs, artists/entertainers, or persons with reduced mobility can apply.

Tuition fees

Total applicable fees for four years before scholarships:

Business Management track: 15,100€/year*
Global Business track: 23,050€/year*

*For one-time payment, discount included. Tuition fees are provided for information only and are subject to change. Prices are valid for the intake year 2025.

Payment

A 5,000€ deposit must be made prior to enrollment: two weeks after being admitted by credit card online.

Once the deposit has been paid, you can choose one of these two payments to pay your tuition fees:

Full one-time payment via wire transfer or card before the end of July for students joining in September 2025.
44 monthly payments via direct debit. The first payment occurs before the end July for students joining in September 2025.

Only for non-European students:

You will have to pay your tuition fees via wire transfer. Direct debit is not possible.

How to apply to EDHEC Business School’s bachelor programme?

To apply to EDHEC Business School you must be preparing the equivalent of the French baccalaureate such as High school diploma, A-Level, IB, Abitur, Moroccan baccalaureate, European baccalaureate...
High school transcripts of your previous year, a language test results and a personality test will also be required to apply.

When to apply to EDHEC Business School?

There are four application sessions to apply to the EDHEC International BBA, running from October to March. We encourage students to apply early, as some of our programmes fill up very quickly.

What do I need to apply to a bachelor at EDHEC?

To apply to EDHEC International BBA, you must provide high school transcripts of your previous year, a language test results and a personality test.
