Triple international accreditation

EDHEC is one of the world’s first business schools to have been awarded the two foremost international accreditations, EQUIS and AACSB, for its activities.

These international accreditations recognise the academic excellence of its programmes, the quality of its teaching faculty, its close links with businesses, and the involvement of the EDHEC Business School in the economic environment of its campuses.

Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB)

The AACSB brings together the top management education professionals. After a lengthy evaluation, its accreditation is awarded to those institutions that demonstrate training compliant with strict specifications such as student recruitment process, academic level of teachers, evaluation processes and teaching methods used. EDHEC obtained AACSB accreditation in March 2004.

Association of MBAs (AMBA)

Guaranteeing quality and international recognition of the diploma, the AMBA introduces a standard for MBA-type programmes, whether full or part time. The association evaluates the organising institution, the content and timing of programmes, the level of the teaching faculty, the curriculum for students admitted, monitoring of graduates, the knowledge they have acquired and their new value on the market. EDHEC obtained this accreditation in 2003.

European Quality Improvement System (EQUIS)

This accreditation system EQUIS is specific to business and management schools. Coordinated by the European Foundation for Management Development based in Brussels, it aims to promote academic excellence, educational innovation, close relations between the School and businesses and international scope. EDHEC obtained this distinction in 1999, in recognition of the work carried out for the community, in student services, governance, relations with businesses and the internationalisation of its programmes and teachings.

A global academic experience

By working closely with the world of business, forming partnerships with prestigious academic institutions, and encouraging multiculturalism amongst its students, teachers and graduates, EDHEC provides a unique international experience in tune with the globalised challenges involved with doing business worldwide.

I instantly knew that EDHEC was for me because of its balance between theory and practice, its business focus and its international environment.EDHEC has given me concrete knowledge on how to be a manager in the real world, as opposed to theoretical, international business world.”

Carolina Valle, Colombian, EDHEC 2014, International Product Manager, Juva Santé International

The courses are extremely varied and enriching, covering family business governance, strategy and marketing, but also design thinking and leadership development. Our exchanges with our classmates are the cornerstone of the programme, both during classes and outside them. We learn from our reciprocal experiences every day."

Hélène Savalle, 2016 GEMBA Graduate
