International Product Manager H/F
To strengthen the visibility and recruitment performance of EDHEC Online International (MSc and MBA, Executive Certificates) in France and internationally, and to support the ambitious objectives of EDHEC’s 2024–2028 Strategic Plan, the Programme Marketing Department is expanding its team with the recruitment of an International Product Marketing Manager dedicated to the growth of EDHEC Online portfolio.
Reporting to EDHEC Online Marketing & Communication Manager , you will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, leveraging a data-driven approach to define programme positioning, drive lead generation, and optimize campaign performance. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve recruitment and brand awareness objectives.
The ideal candidate will combine expertise in strategic and operational marketing, campaign management across multiple channels, and strong data analytics skills. Fluency in English, an ability to manage multiple priorities, and a performance-driven mindset are essential.

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Marketing
- Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis on the global Online education sector.
- Collaborate with Programme Directors to define clear and differentiated programme positioning and messaging strategies.
- Develop detailed personas and buyer journeys for each programme, based on data analytics, student insights, and Recruitment feedback.
- Design and implement annual marketing and communication plans aligned with business objectives.
- Define and drive a data-driven lead generation strategy to build a high-quality sales pipeline and meet quantitative and qualitative recruitment targets.
Marketing Planning and Execution:
- Manage the end-to-end rollout of marketing action plans, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the production of marketing assets (brochures, website content, videos, articles, social media posts, event collateral), ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and product messaging.
- Develop targeted, segmented campaigns in collaboration with CRM and Digital Marketing teams, based on behavioral and performance data.
- Organize and support promotional events (webinars, virtual open days, fairs) to maximize candidate engagement and conversion.
Communications & Partnerships:
- Increase Online programmes’ visibility across digital and traditional media.
- Coordinate with a wide array of suppliers for third-party advertising and content creation, including online portals, and specialized higher education websites.
Reporting and Performance Measurement
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns.
- Use campaign analytics and insights to continuously optimize targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
- Define KPIs and dashboards to track the impact of marketing actions on lead generation and conversion rates.
PROFIL
- Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a leading institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a strategic and operational marketing role, ideally in higher education, EdTech, or B2C services
- Bilingual: French & English
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics tools and a strong understanding of performance marketing.
- Expertise in IA generative tools for content creation
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
Required skills :
- Knowledge of the fundamentals of strategic and operational marketing and web communication (taglines, wording, storytelling)
- In-depth knowledge of digital strategies (SEO/SEA, marketing automation, brand content, CRM, etc.)
- Excellent writing skills
- Knowledge of the finance sector and/or higher education sector is a plus
