Nos professeurs publient dans les meilleures revues internationales et forment nos étudiants aux principes fondamentaux du marketing.
Nos professeurs ont des intérêts théoriques et empiriques multiples, tels que le comportement du consommateur, le marketing numérique ou la RSE, appliqués à divers secteurs d'activité Business-to-Business et Business-to-Consumer. Ils ont acquis une réputation internationale dans les domaines suivants : gestion des services, des ventes et de l'expérience, santé numérique, mode durable et luxe.
Ils font partie du comité scientifique de conférences internationales et du comité de rédaction de revues universitaires telles que le Journal of Service Research. Nos chercheurs utilisent une variété de méthodologies, allant de l'exploration de données et de l'analyse textuelle, de la modélisation et de la conception expérimentale aux études exploratoires et ethnographiques. Un laboratoire de recherche comportementale doté d'un équipement de pointe est à la disposition des enseignants du département.
