Bio
Paolo is Professor of Marketing at EDHEC Business School (France). He is interested primarily in stakeholders’ responses to crises, brand transgressions, service failures and other negative marketing events. Paolo’s research examines how organizations can respond constructively and persuasively to such negative, disruptive events. Other related domains of interest include Corporate Social Responsibility/Irresponsibility and Consumer Ethics. Paolo’s research has appeared in leading international publications including the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Service Research, Journal of Business Ethics, and the British Journal of Management. Paolo is Section Editor (Marketing and Ethics section) for the Journal of Business Ethics and editorial board member for several international publications. His teaching interests focus on Sustainable Marketing, Marketing Management and Service Marketing.
