Our professors publish in the best international journals and train our students in the fundamentals of marketing.

Our professors publish in a variety of international journals and have multiple theoretical and empirical interests, such as consumer behaviour, digital marketing or CSR, applied to various Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer sectors. They have gained international recognition in the fields of service, sales and experience management, digital health, sustainable fashion and luxury.

 

They are on the scientific board of international conferences and the editorial board of academic journals such as the Journal of Service Research. Our researchers use a variety of methodologies, ranging from data mining and textual analysis, modelling and experimental design to exploratory and ethnographic studies. A state-of-the-art behavioural research laboratory is available to faculty in the department.
