Bio
Sabine Ruaud, PhD, is Professor in the Marketing Department where she is involved in a wide variety of teaching activities for Bachelor, Postgraduate and Executive programs. Her previous academic interest was focused on customer relationship management in retail banking. Her current research focuses on color and the influence of humorous color-naming on consumer behavior. The results of her various research projects have been presented at national and international conferences and published in academic journals. In 2021, she co-won the Award for the "Best Conference Paper" from 16th Agri-Food Marketing Day of AFM (the French Marketing Association).
