EDHEC offers several solutions to help its students find accommodation.
The EDHEC Campus, located in an 8.5-hectare park in the suburbs of Lille, has its own student halls of residence, which include furnished studios and shared 8-bedroom flats with a total capacity of 300 units.
Every student can apply for on-campus accommodation by e-mailing an application to the halls of residence management company Sergic Résidences, accompanied by the supporting documents.
Sergic Résidences will acknowledge receipt of your reservation application within eight days following receipt of the complete application. Meanwhile, your reservation, which will depend on availability and will be subject to your admission by the EDHEC Group, will be approved by Sergic by 31 July at the latest. No incomplete applications will be reviewed.
Download the Sergic brochure for the Campus Halls of Residence.
Students also have access to two student halls of residences located close to the campus: the “Egide” and “Studéa Roubaix Parc Barbieux” Halls of Residence.
There are a large number of student halls of residence located in Lille itself, very close to the train stations, including:
« Les Estudines Lille-Europe »
« Les Estudines Pasteur »
« Campuséa »
« Les Studiantes d’Euralille »
« Les Lauréades de Lille-Flandres »
« Studéa Vieux-Lille »
« Franciscaines de La Madeleine »

Students usually rent a flat or live in student halls of residence on this very urban campus. To help them find accommodation, the Education Office has a dedicated file of adverts placed by private individuals and estate agents (studios, flats with one, two or more bedrooms), which is updated regularly and made available to anyone who requests it, free of charge.
The Halls of Residence welcomes students from the EDHEC Group.
It is located five minutes’ walk from EDHEC, and includes 100 flats at 11 rue Auguste Pégurier. Each flat is furnished and has a kitchenette and a shower room, as well as telephone and television points. The leases run for one year; however, it is possible to organise a “time-share” between two students for two different periods in the year. These flats grant entitlement to the APL. The student is responsible for housing tax.
There are many options around the campus (flats, studios and houses). Please contact estate agents or private individuals.
The CROUS “Town Accommodation” Department will provide you with a file including offers from private individuals and a list of university halls of residence.

Are you taking part in an exchange or an internship and want to sublet your flat? Use the Housinganywhere.com accommodation platform to avoid paying two rents at the same time, and save money for your exchange. This will of course also be useful for students who are joining or returning to the campus. If you live at home, you can also use this platform to sublet your room, or why not use it to sublet your flat during the summer? This student-to-student website is free.
