OUR MISSION

Overview

Together, we design a journey with learning outcomes that unlock your leaders’ potential in order to amplify your organisation’s collective impact.

Alongside our corporate partners, we accelerate the development of senior and high-potential leaders to strengthen collective impact on sustainable performance and organisational transformation. Our custom programmes are designed to address your organisation’s unique challenges, aligning talent development, strategic vision and transformation dynamics.

Our clients value our custom programmes for their impact. Because a leader capable of challenging established models is not a standardised, one-dimensional figure with calibrated emotions and behaviours. It is someone whose business acumen is amplified by deliberately cultivated human and emotional qualities. Rather than relying solely on decisions that appear rational, even when suggested by predictive tools, they develop their thinking in the service of a positive contribution.

APPROACH

The EDHEC “Proximity” Approach

© 2025 EDHEC Business School – Concept protected by Soleau deposit (INPI, France)

Our signature framework allows us tocreate and deploy bespoke learning journeys that reveal your leaders’ potential and amplify your organisation’s collective impact.

Conceived and developed by EDHEC, this framework guides the design and implementation of each custom programme, based on proximity, high standards and lasting transformation.

Your unique organisational challenges become the core of our work. Together, we tailor a programme that is fully aligned with your context and strategic priorities. Your leadership models, current challenges and ambitions shape each module. Our professors and contributors bridge academic concepts and your business challenges.

In practice, this analysis phase is based on:

  • Targeted discussions with your Executive Management, HR leadership and key functions
  • Integration of your strategic documents and internal frameworks
  • Listening to future participants to capture their needs and expectations

Together, we define:

  • Key moments for Executive Management involvement
  • The narrative thread of the programme
  • The most appropriate support formats

Your role: provide access to the right people and the right strategic reference points so that the programme is fully aligned with your challenges.

By your side throughout the journey, we strive for adaptable programme governance and maintaining a close working relationship. Our teams move forward together, with regular touchpoints to ensure seamless follow-up, rapid adjustments and continuous participant support.

Together, we define:

  • The organisation of the programme, adapted to your unique business needs
  • Pedagogical adjustments based on participant feedback
  • Content priorities for subsequent modules

In practice, this means:

  • Effective governance: a jointly defined framework and a single visual document to focus discussions on what matters and enable fast decision-making
  • Personalised participant follow-up: access to a dedicated platform, continuous support and, if required, individual coaching
  • Ongoing agility: regular satisfaction checkpoints and continuous programme evolution based on your feedback

Your support: a dedicated, fully engaged EDHEC duo (Programme Director and Project Manager), who understand your challenges and facilitate the success of the programme.

From development to proof on the ground: transformation does not stop at the final session. After six months, we demonstrate what truly matters: tangible results for your leaders and your organisation.

  • Together, we define: the modalities and timeline of the closure, the participants involved, locations, presentation formats and evaluation criteria.

What we implement:

  • Celebrate together
A closing day with Executive Management, participants, our duo and an EDHEC professor: a key moment to recognise the development of your leaders.

  • Confirm impact
After six months, an evaluation involving participants and their managers. A clear impact report tailored to your needs, with measured results.

  • Sustain momentum
A review meeting proposed after 12 months with your HR Director and selected participants, to assess anchoring (and identify future priorities).

  • Our commitment: staying present until proof. Documenting the value created for your leaders and your organisation, so you can capitalise on your investment and inform future decisions.

This programme is the result of a genuine partnership between our Tech, Data and Digital leadership teams and the EDHEC Custom Programmes team. Designed with leaders with leaders in mind, it combines academic excellence, operational anchoring and continuous co-construction. From day one, participants contribute to strategic thinking at the heart of the company’s decision-making.
