The Lead360 programme has been specifically designed to prepare you for the next step in your post-MBA journey with the skills and qualities you need to drive your career and lead with confidence and conviction in an ever-changing, complex, and diverse environment.

Over the course of the Global MBA programme, you will participate in workshops, electives, mock interviews, and seminars concentrating on the following:

- Mastering Compelling Communications (presentation skills, negotiations, etc.)

Experienced Career Coaches with Diverse Expertise
Our team of experienced, international career coaches has a deep understanding of the challenges ambitious professionals face in today’s competitive market. Each coach brings focused expertise across functional areas including entrepreneurship, finance, technology, consulting, and marketing. You will have access to five sessions with the coach who is best-equipped to support your post-MBA goals.
Self-Assessment Tools
You will have free access to a range of self-assessment tools to help you identify and evaluate your skills—and track your progress throughout the Global MBA programme. For a deeper understanding of your results, you can debrief with the Career Centre upon request. We utilise several different assessment tools including those designed for exploring Emotional Intelligence, Reasoning, Leadership Skills, and Personality.
Networking Events & Industry Insights
Throughout the Global MBA programme—and beyond—you will have unique opportunities to build your global network and gain access and insights to leading companies, industries, and career opportunities. CareerSMART is EDHEC’s innovative career development programme incorporated into the Global MBA’s Lead360 part of the curriculum. CareerSMART is designed to give you maximum exposure to different industries and roles, and develop the skills and insights you will need to evolve, transform, and succeed.
An MBA can make a career change easier by combining business fundamentals, practical experience and structured career support. At EDHEC, Global MBA participants also benefit from Lead360, CareerSMART workshops and individual coaching to prepare their transition.
A triple jump means changing job function, industry and country at the same time. Many EDHEC Global MBA graduates change at least one of these elements, and the vast majority secure their first post-MBA position outside their home country.
Switching jobs after an MBA starts with a clear target and a strong application. CareerSMART covers CV writing, goal setting, salary negotiation and interview techniques, and participants have access to five sessions with a career coach suited to their post-MBA goals.
