Graduate Programs really developed in France about ten years ago, particularly in banks, distribution and certain industries. These programs were still confidential, little known to students and young graduates. Some companies did not dare to communicate clearly about their program for fear of phagocyting their more traditional recruitment channels.

Moreover, since there is no definition of a Graduate Programme, nor a standard, nor an "accrediting" body, this name hides today courses with different realities depending on the company and the country.

The updated database of more than 1300 programs offered by 630 global companies with the guide to choosing your program and preparing your application in the best conditions.
