No. The track is designed for executives and decision-makers, not for technical specialists. Participants work with practical tools and frameworks to assess AI opportunities, make better decisions and lead adoption within their teams, without coding or technical implementation.

The EDHEC Executive MBA programme is built around four pillars: From Strategic Vision to Execution, Expanding Horizons, Transform360 and Personalisation & Specialisation. The AI-Augmented Leadership & Performance track belongs to the last pillar. All participants also take a two-day AI for Business bootcamp and develop a Consulting Project or Business Plan throughout the programme

The AI-Augmented Leadership & Performance track is intended for leaders in any function who want to drive AI-enabled transformation in their organisation. The Healthcare Innovation & Technology track, run in partnership with UTC, focuses on the healthcare sector. Participants who prefer a broader path can also choose electives.

In the final part of the track, participants design an AI strategic roadmap for the next three years, covering use cases, products or services and the related strategy. The project is presented at the end of the track and is linked to a real organisational or industry challenge.

The AI & Innovation track is part of the full-time, 10-month Global MBA. The AI-Augmented Leadership & Performance track is part of the part-time Executive MBA, which generally welcomes participants with at least five to eight years of professional experience and focuses on leading AI-driven performance within their current organisation.
