“Organizations were not built for the world we live in today. Designed for stability, many struggle when confronted with the relentless pace of change. Yet within this turbulence lies opportunity. The ability to anticipate, adapt, and turn disruption into advantage will define the winners of the 21st century. For more than a decade, our work as the FIT Chair has been dedicated to studying the organizations that thrive in uncertainty. We built a maturity model of future readiness and a practical set of tools to strengthen foresight, accelerate innovation, and drive transformation.

Today, we have matured as well — evolving from a Chair into the Centre for Net Positive Business. This step reflects not only the growth of our research, but also the urgency of our mission: to enable firms to be proactive toward their own future, to shape their destiny rather than react to it, and to contribute to the positive tipping points our societies and economies so urgently need.
