I got a new job thanks to the EMBA as CEO of THX, a renowned company created by George Lucas. Having an MBA was required. Building a diagnostic of the company to propose a new strategy to the board in less than a month was challenging, and the methods learnt during the EMBA were efficient for that. I put in practice the newly learned lessons in all subjects like Marketing, Finance, Leadership, Strategies and Business Canvas.

Do I have the right profile?
Would you like to know if the EMBA is for you? Why not submit your profile to us?
Join an inspiring, diverse, and experienced cohort
The Executive MBA is an enriching, human-centric experience. It is particularly rewarding and impactful due to the diversity and collective strength of the cohort members and the international alumni network, both of which you will join once you embark on the programme.
Current Executive MBA class profile
There is no typical profile or standard blueprint for a participant. This is because we carefully build each cohort based on individual merit, experience, and potential, balanced with our aim to ensure a diverse and inclusive class that provides a stimulating, challenging, and real-world environment.
But here is a glimpse of what our current class looks like:
The EDHEC Executive MBA cohort: An inspiring group of experienced professionals.
I chose the Executive MBA at EDHEC Business School for four main reasons: the balance between hard skills and leadership development, the format of four days per month, the fully in-person structure, and the strong value for money of the program.
Looking back, it was clearly the right decision. The alumni network is strong and active. It opened the door to a broader community in Luxembourg and even led me to join the EDHEC Running Club locally. I also had the opportunity to give back by welcoming Global MBA participants to our company during their study trek week in Luxembourg.

Group Managing Director of Cocottes & Co in Luxembourg
The discussion, the debate, the module support, all that creates this unique atmosphere. My classmates came from a range of backgrounds, a range of industry, a range of company sizes and levels of seniority. Some were entrepreneurs, others hadThe diversity was the enriching part and I’ve made some great friends out of this.
The cohort: Participants have an average of 16 years of experience and come from diverse backgrounds—over 15 nationalities and industries like energy, digital, real estate, and manufacturing. This diversity was exactly what I was looking for to expand my perspective.
