- 8am-7pm: General installer sets up the Recruitment Fair
- 2pm-7pm: Exhibitors and decorators prepare stands
- 2pm-7pm: Delivery of materials and brochures by participating companies
(NB: no deliveries allowed before 2pm)
Friday 8th January 2027
- 7.30am-9am: Exhibitors make final preparations
- 9.30am-6pm: Recruitment Fair opening
- After 6pm: Exhibitors leave
- 6pm-10pm: Stands dissasembly
