EDHEC CELEBRATION 2022 - EDHEC MASTER
EDHEC MASTER
MOVE TO THE RHYTHM OF EDHEC CELEBRATION
The EDHEC Master’s Celebration is a deeply meaningful time to be shared with family, friends and those who have played an important role in your time at the School. It’s also a unique opportunity to come together as members of the EDHEC community ‒ a network and a family there to support you throughout your career, with the same commitment to excellence you showed during your studies. After all the significant moments you’ve shared together, we thought it important for you to meet up with your classmates again, including those of you who have yet to fully finish your studies. Congratulations to you all!
Make the most of these last moments as a student of EDHEC. The graduation celebration will be packed with emotion, memories and references to your life at the School … and honour your talent.
The graduation ceremony will be in a sociable three-part format:
- Free time for you to prepare for the ‘big moment’, meet up with your classmates, rediscover the campus and put on your graduation robes.
- The ceremony, which will be attended by the Dean of EDHEC Business School and your professors. This is the much-awaited moment of recognition and reward.
-
Activities that allow you to immortalise these unforgettable moments.
Make the most of this special event devoted to your academic success and the transition to your future career.
Enjoy your Celebration!

YOUR GRADUATION ROBES
Students are required to wear a special gown on their special Celebration day. All students must arrive at least one hour before their ceremony. On arrival, they must check in at reception with their QR code/badge and ID card, then head to the gown area located in the gymnasium in the sports building.
Before the ceremony, you will be handed a gown and a mortarboard.
Here are a few tips on how to wear your mortarboard and gown:
- The mortarboard should be worn flat on the head.
- The gown should come mid-way between the knee and the ankle.
- The gown should be worn with the zip at the front.
- The tassel is worn to the right then moved to the left when you receive your diploma. After putting on your gown, go to the ceremony marquee and join your class year.
At the end of the ceremony, you can either keep your gown or leave it at the reception area.

EDHEC Celebration ceremonies gather together and celebrate all final-year students. In 2017, EDHEC took the decision to invite all the class year to a single event. Previously, many students did not fulfil all the conditions for obtaining their degree until a year later, so could not celebrate the event with their classmates and took part in a ceremony with a class year that was not their own.
On the day of your EDHEC Celebration, you will receive the pledge of loyalty, and all other elements of the graduation ceremony remaining the same. If you fulfill all the conditions for obtaining your degree, the diploma will be mailed to you. Two mailings are planned in January and April, following the two graduation juries.
If you fulfilled all the conditions for obtaining your degree, it will have been sent to you by mail. The last batch of degrees will be sent out by the end of March, following the last Degree Awards Committee meeting, which will take place in January 2023.
The aim of the EDHEC Celebration is to gather all your class year together for the last time. Unfortunately, therefore, we are unable to accommodate individual students that cannot attend for professional or personal reasons.
Yes, please let us know that you will not be attending, so we can avoid sending out reminders.
Places are not transferable, but we would ask you to advise us of your absence on the registration platform.
To enable us to respond to your request, please send an e-mail to [email protected] describing the situation and the last name and first name(s) of the person concerned, the last name and first name(s) of the other guest and the last name and first name(s) of the student.
The ceremony can be watched live via a link. This link will be sent to all graduates one week before the event and will be posted on this site, in Programme of the Celebration. You can send it to your families and friends who are unable to attend in person.
Please send your request by e-mail to your front office. Lille campus students: [email protected]
