Requirements by educational system
 

EDHEC accepts most secondary school diplomas that meet the academic requirements for university entrance. We strongly recommend taking subjects relevant to your chosen program to increase your chances of admission (e.g., Science, Mathematics, Economics and/or Humanities, Languages).

 

Admitted students must provide their secondary school diploma by July 2026 (August 2026 for British qualifications). Diplomas issued in December (e.g., New Zealand, South American diplomas) must have been awarded in the year prior to enrollment (e.g., diploma awarded in December 2025 for September 2026 enrollment).

We strongly recommend taking subjects relevant to your chosen programme to increase your chances of admission.

Although not mandatory, we highly recommend completing at least one Advanced Placement (AP) or Honors course. Please check the list of accepted AP subjects here.

Only the IB Diploma Programme is considered for admission.
IB Certificates and IB Career Related Programme (CP) are not valid for admission. Please note that retakes in November 2026 will not be accepted.

EDHEC accepts applicants with a minimum of 3 subjects at Advanced Level (A Level) and with at least one A level in either Economics,  Mathematics or Business. Minimum grades accepted: CCC.
Please note that A Levels in Critical Thinking and General Studies are not accepted.
BTECs are not recognized as valid substitutes for the required A Levels.
Admission (conditional offer): the Admissions Committee will revoke the admission if final examination grades are under CCC.

The first round of admissions opened on October 1st, and the application period for Round 1 runs from October 1st to October 30th.

Documents
 

  • High School Transcripts: please provide transcripts from the last three semesters of secondary education. If your academic year is divided into terms, include grades from the 1st and 3rd terms of the previous year, and the 1st term of the current year. Priority should be given to grades in Science, Mathematics, Economics, Humanities, as well as your first and second languages studied at secondary school level. Please check requirements by educational system on our website. 

  • CV and Personal Statement: the personal statement should be a one-page document, similar to a motivation letter rather than an academic essay. The format is flexible. 

  • ID documents.

  • Optional: letters of recommendation, official language certificate, any supporting documents.

     

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete the following steps: 

  • Emage-me personality test

  • Online English assessment

  • Online interview

Emage-me 

 

Emage-me is an app that will test your values & motivations, your personality, and your soft skills.

 

How to use Emage-me?

 

  1. Download the app from the App Store or Play Store. 

  2. Create your account using the same email address as your online application and enter the code “EDHEC” under “Add a new track – Enter an onboarding code”.

  3. Answer scenarios and questions to help identify your personality traits.
     
  4. Share your Emage-me profile with people close to you to gather their perspective on your strengths and areas for development. You can choose which feedback to share with the school.
     
  5. Respond to questions about your motivations and values (6 written answers + 4 video pitches) to prepare for your interview.
Online Track

Only students in special situations, whether athletes, entrepreneurs, artists/entertainers, or persons with reduced mobility can apply.

A 5,000€ deposit must be made prior to enrollment: two weeks after being admitted by credit card online.

Fees

Application fees

 

Application fees are 100€.

 

Tuition fees

 

Total applicable fees for four years before scholarships:

 

  • Business Management track: 15,900€/year*

  • Global Business track: 23,900€/year*

* For payment of the full tuition fees for the entire programme in a single instalment. Tuition fees applicable for the 2026 intake and covering the full duration of the programme, before the application of any scholarships.
A payment plan allowing fees to be paid in monthly instalments over the duration of the programme is available, subject to a 2% administration fee.

 

 

Payment

 

A 5,000€ deposit must be made prior to enrollment: two weeks after being admitted by credit card online.

Once the deposit has been paid, you can choose one of these two payments to pay your tuition fees:

  1. Full one-time payment via wire transfer or card before the end of July for students joining in September 2026.
     

  2. 44 monthly payments via direct debit. The first payment occurs before the end July for students joining in September 2026.

 

Only for non-European students:

You will have to pay your tuition fees via wire transfer. Direct debit is not possible.

To apply to EDHEC Business School you must be preparing the equivalent of the French baccalaureate such as High school diploma, A-Level, IB, Abitur, Moroccan baccalaureate, European baccalaureate... 
High school transcripts of your previous year, a language test results and a personality test will also be required to apply.

There are four application sessions to apply to the EDHEC International BBA, running from October to March. We encourage students to apply early, as some of our programmes fill up very quickly.
