Amin Sofla is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration in the Accounting, Control & Law Department at EDHEC Business School. His teaching portfolio includes Risk Management, Managerial Accounting, and Financial Statement Analysis.
His research focuses on the individual aspects of organizations, with particular emphasis on the appointment and compensation of directors, CEOs, and engagement audit partners. Before joining EDHEC, he worked as a researcher and lecturer at KU Leuven and Umeå University. He also brings professional experience as an internal and external auditor, as well as in financial management roles.
