Eleonora Rosati is Professor of Intellectual Property Law and the Director of the Institute for Intellectual Property and Market Law (IFIM) at Stockholm University and Of Counsel at Bird & Bird. She is also Guest Professor at CEIPI-University of Strasbourg, Associate of CIPIL-University of Cambridge, and Editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law & Practice.
