Lille Campus Transformation

Lille: An Agora at the Heart of the Campus from September 2027

In early 2025, EDHEC launched a major transformation project for its campus, representing an investment of €60 million. The aim is to enhance the site while preserving the richness of its architectural heritage. Designed by the architectural firm blaq Architectures, the project follows an ambitious environmental approach, targeting a 30% reduction in carbon footprint and the protection of biodiversity across the parkland covering more than 10 hectares.

To improve quality of life and encourage interaction and exchange on campus, the school is renovating 18,000 m² of spaces dedicated to new teaching formats. It is also developing outdoor sports facilities and creating a 1,300 m² central agora, set to become the new heart of the campus. Scheduled to open in September 2027, the agora will bring together catering facilities, the learning centre and student associations. It will also host a Care hub, designed to centralise student support services relating to health, wellbeing, sport, student life, diversity (including students with disabilities and international students) and financial assistance.

These investments reflect EDHEC’s conviction that the learning environment is a key lever in educating students who are able to understand, act and drive change.
