Nice Campus Transformation

Nice: A New Landmark Building on the Promenade des Anglais

EDHEC is taking a new step in its development with the construction of a new 7,500 m² building on the Promenade des Anglais. This project aims to strengthen both the campus’s capacity and its international visibility, while fully embedding it within its urban and regional environment. The extension represents a strategic investment of €60 million, with the ambition of positioning the Nice campus as a modern, sustainable academic hub that is open to the city.

Led by EDHEC Business School in collaboration with ABC Architectes, the project is scheduled to begin construction at the end of 2026, with an estimated duration of 40 months. Spanning six floors, the new spaces will meet the highest sustainability standards, with BREEAM certification. They will be entirely dedicated to teaching and innovative learning formats, offering an enhanced student experience. The building will notably feature high-tech modular classrooms designed to foster active and collaborative learning, as well as several terraces conceived as an opening onto the city and the sea. The overall design has been carefully considered to create a more fluid, legible and light-filled campus, supporting student wellbeing and success.
