During this webinar Dr. Tal Ben Shahar will take us on a journey of exploration where, with examples ranging from ancient history to modern childcare, we will understand the importance of separating our emotions from our behaviors; and more importantly, through the technique of ‘active acceptance’, we will learn how we could have more impactful interactions while being true to ourselves.

 

Co-founder at Potentialife Dr Tal Ben-Shahar is the author of the international best sellers "Happier: Learn the Secrets to Daily Joy and Lasting Fulfillment" (2007) et "Being Happy: You Don't Have to Be Perfect to Lead a Richer, Happier Life" (2010), which have been translated in more than 25 languages. He also taught two of the most popular courses in Harvard University’s history on ‘Positive Psychology’ and ‘The psychology of Leadership’ with a total of over 1,400 students. He has consulted and lectured around the world to executives on topics including leadership, education, ethics, happiness, self-esteem, resilience, goal-setting and mindfulness.
