Discover the programme for the "Selected governance: from intention to action" conference

On 29 November, from 6pm to 8pm, on the EDHEC Jean Arnault campus, the Family Business Chair and the Institut Français des Administrateurs (Hauts de France) are organising a conference-debate in French on the theme of governance, bringing together the views of managers, directors, investors and experts.

Karine Charbonnier and Arnaud Lefort, co-Presidents of the IFA Hauts de France, and Rania Labaki, EDHEC Associate Professor and Director of the Family Business Chair, organise in French a conference entitled:

There is no single, constant governance model. Over the course of a company's life cycle, governance bodies can evolve to meet the challenges it faces: strategic challenges, handover challenges or financing challenges.
