Discover the programme for the "Selected governance: from intention to action" conference
On 29 November, from 6pm to 8pm, on the EDHEC Jean Arnault campus, the Family Business Chair and the Institut Français des Administrateurs (Hauts de France) are organising a conference-debate in French on the theme of governance, bringing together the views of managers, directors, investors and experts.
What governance models are applicable to your company? Why and under what circumstances should you set up and develop your governance? Who sets the rules, decides and controls? What is the relationship between corporate governance and family governance? How can you develop or adapt your governance practices to make them a sustainable performance tool?
Karine Charbonnier and Arnaud Lefort, co-Presidents of the IFA Hauts de France, and Rania Labaki, EDHEC Associate Professor and Director of the Family Business Chair, organise in French a conference entitled:
Gouvernance choisie : de l’intention à l’action
There is no single, constant governance model. Over the course of a company's life cycle, governance bodies can evolve to meet the challenges it faces: strategic challenges, handover challenges or financing challenges.
Several speakers will address this subject from different perspectives:
- François Dutilleul, Président Rabot Dutilleul
- Bertrand Ballarin, Administrateur, Directeur général Headops', Mobilis Family Office
- Arnaud Monnier, Investisseur Seed for Good et administrateur
- Rania Labaki, Professeure Associée à l'EDHEC
- Jean-Paul Rispail, Avocat Fidal (TBC)
- Jean-Pierre Viboud, Administrateur d’ETI et start Up
