EDHEC unveils its new brand film, Odyssée
EDHEC Business School presents Odyssée, its new brand film, the first expression of its new brand platform, Unleash Tomorrow. Designed as an invitation to embark on a journey, this film explores what makes the School unique: its ability to forge connections, bring talent together and unlock potential.
Produced by Babel agency, which has been working with EDHEC for two years, notably on the development of its brand platform, the film takes an original creative approach. Far removed from the traditional conventions of corporate films, it draws on a world entirely illustrated by the artist Clément Soulmagnon and brought to life through animation to embody the school’s identity and its brand-new slogan, Unleash Tomorrow.
As the story unfolds, an archipelago takes shape. Islands draw closer, routes emerge, connections are forged. Inspired by the maritime world, this visual metaphor captures EDHEC’s mission: to connect people (students, of course, as well as lecturers, alumni, partners and administrative staff), knowledge, disciplines and cultures, enabling everyone to chart their own course and commit to the common good.
This distinctive visual language offers a new way of telling the story of the School and its key defining features: its entrepreneurial spirit, its international outlook, its iconic campuses, the strength of its community and the connections it fosters, and its constant drive to innovate in order to address today’s major challenges.
The soundtrack was created by Sixième Son, an agency founded by Michael Boumendil, an EDHEC alumnus (EDHEC 1994). Developed from the sound identity created for the School in 2020, it accompanies the film’s flow and helps reinforce the coherence of the brand universe.
