Ace your interviews with AI

Discover EDHEC’s two new career platforms:

Finance Master’s students share tips and best practices for interviews

The EDHEC Career Community platform is a game-changer, creating a collaborative environment where Finance Master’s students can share insights regarding interviews, frequently asked questions, tips, and best practices. This community-driven approach allows students to benefit from the collective knowledge and experiences of their peers. The platform organises posts by industry and job type, making it easy for users to find relevant information. As it is not anonymous, students can contact each other for additional advice, fostering a network of support and encouragement.

Cassien Savoye and Hugo Dos Santos, both students from the MSc in Corporate Finance & Banking, along with Guillaume Idame Koralage from the MSc in Financial Engineering, contributed to the development of the new EDHEC Career Community platform, explained, “The platform will help students better prepare for interviews by providing access to a wide range of potential questions and tips. By thinking through these questions in advance, students are less likely to be thrown off in stressful situations. Additionally, certain types of questions frequently reappear at specific banks, so preparing answers in advance can increase the chances of success.”

AI-Powered CV, cover letter and LinkedIn profile optimisation

EDHEC’s Career Centre innovates by leveraging advanced AI tools to help students optimise their CVs, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles to enhance their alignment with job requirements. This ensures application documents are polished and meet recruiters' high standards efficiently. Always at the forefront of technological advancements, the Career Centre equips students with the best tools for career success.

The introduction of these two platforms marks a significant advancement in our career support services. By providing students with innovative tools to optimise their CVs, cover letters and LinkedIn profile, and by encouraging a collaborative environment where they can share interview insights and best practices, we are equipping them with the essential resources they need to succeed in their job search and preparation,” said Chloé Levy, Manager of EDHEC's Finance Career Centre.
