The digital library remains the privileged tool accessible 24/7:

On campuses, libraries are open and services adapted to health constraints:

  • -You will be able to access the documents of the collections with an online reservation through the catalog or with a request on site to the librarians
  • -The returned items are placed in quarantine before shelving (up to 3 days depending on paper, plastic, etc.)
  • -The workspaces have been organized to ensure more space between the students (one in two seats available)
  • -As on the entire campus, mask required at all times for presence in the library
  • -Removal of access to fixed shared computers
  • -Provision of hydroalcoholic gel

Your Library remains open by appointment from Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5 pm, the reading room from 7:30 am to 8 pm

The Library is closed during the Christmas holidays. For other holidays, please check our opening hours.

All students enrolled at Edhec are automatically members of the Library until they have completed the viva voce for their dissertation or their thesis.

Some old documents are filed in the archives: to obtain a copy, please ask a member of the library staff.

Only final year students (BBA or M2) can consult dissertations and PhD theses. To do this, students must log onto the home page of the catalogue section with their student user name and password.


Loan conditions


1 week for periodicals and magazines 24 hours for dictionaries and 7 days for DVDs 3 days to 3 weeks for 8 books

We try, as far as possible, to adapt to the dates when students are present, depending on the programme.
Yes, if the request is made before the loan return date expires AND if the document has not been reserved by another reader: the loan is then extended for one week. This can be renewed under the same conditions.

Yes, you can reserve a document if it has already been taken out by another reader. However, if the book is currently available, it cannot be placed on hold.

Always check the return date of the loan on the card attached to the document. If your book is overdue, you will receive a weekly recall: please answer these recalls immediately. If you do not respect loan deadlines, you may be banned from borrowing books for a period equal to the length of time that the book is overdue. Several suspensions may lead to a full ban.

Books with a yellow sticker and the latest copies of magazines and periodicals cannot be borrowed.

But, on demand in exchange for your student card, the ‘on reserve’ items can be read in the reading room.

Yes, the Inter-Library loan system is available under certain conditions. Ask the library staff for more information.


On-site services


There are 2 photocopiers on the ground floor, room 018 and 1 photocopier in the library open-access room.

You can print out a document using one of the computers in the Library open-access room(or your own laptop), and you can collect your print-outs from the photocopiers available in the building.

Yes, you can use the available computers to work (not for streaming, games, video, etc.).

There is a WiFi terminal in the Library, together with instructions on how to use it

Access to the Internet is free after you have logged in with your Edhec user name and password. 

You have access to all the e-resources (database, periodicals, e-books, etc.) via our portal. Create a password
