EDHEC EMBA March 2026 intake

In March, EDHEC Business School welcomed a new group of Executive MBA participants to its Paris campus, marking the start of an intensive and transformative journey.

This latest intake brings together 22 professionals, each with significant leadership experience. With an average age of 42 and 17 years of professional experience, the cohort reflects a mature and accomplished group of executives operating across a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, technology, telecoms, banking, energy, manufacturing, and consumer industries. Nearly 30% of participants hold a doctoral degree, adding a strong academic dimension to an already experienced group.

With 9 nationalities represented and several participants holding dual citizenships, the cohort embodies an international outlook shaped by diverse professional and cultural experiences.

A cross-sector and globally minded cohort

The composition of the cohort creates a dynamic learning environment grounded in the exchange of perspectives. Participants bring expertise from complex and evolving industries, enabling rich discussions and applied learning throughout the programme.
This diversity extends beyond sectors and functions. It reflects a shared intention to step back, reassess strategic priorities, and strengthen leadership capacity in increasingly demanding environments. The programme’s structure supports this ambition through a combination of academic rigour and practical application, including global business trips, consulting projects, and the Transform360 leadership development journey, a core component designed to deepen self-awareness and leadership effectiveness.

An experience designed for impact

Over 16 to 19 months, participants will engage in a part-time format designed to integrate learning with ongoing professional responsibilities. Delivered in Paris, the programme combines monthly modules with immersive experiences that encourage reflection, challenge assumptions, and connect theory with real-world application.

From the outset, the emphasis is on interaction. Early exchanges within the cohort begin to shape a collaborative environment where ideas are tested, refined, and translated into action.

Perspectives to enrich the journey

Welcoming the new cohort, Véronique Carresse, Programme Director of the EDHEC Executive MBA, highlighted the collective strength of the group:
“The March intake brings together experienced professionals with diverse backgrounds and strong ambitions. What stands out is their willingness to engage, to question, and to learn from one another. This dynamic will shape their journey and the impact they will go on to create.”

EDHEC Executive MBA: a platform for transformation

The EDHEC Executive MBA is designed for experienced professionals seeking to refine their strategic vision and expand their leadership scope. The programme combines core business fundamentals with experiential learning, enabling participants to address complex challenges and drive meaningful change within their organisations.

Beyond the curriculum, the strength of the experience lies in the cohort itself. The diversity of backgrounds, perspectives, and ambitions creates a learning environment where leadership is continuously examined and developed.

As this new group begins its journey, the foundations are already in place. A shared commitment to progress, a collective openness to challenge, and a network that will continue to grow well beyond the programme.
