EDHEC Executive MBA Ranked 26th Globally in QS EMBA Rankings 2025

In the latest QS Executive MBA Rankings 2025, the EDHEC Executive MBA has been recognised as one of the top 30 programmes in the world.
In a competitive field of 232 Executive MBA programmes across 50 countries, EDHEC’s EMBA has not only climbed eight places to 26th overall, but also stood out in 3 key categories:
- 11th worldwide for Career Outcomes
- 13th worldwide for Diversity
- 17th worldwide for Executive Profiles
This performance reflects the growing global recognition of EDHEC’s EMBA as a programme that truly delivers on its promise of personal and professional transformation. Based in Paris, the part-time programme continues to attract experienced leaders from a wide range of industries and backgrounds.
These new results come in addition to the strong performance in the recent Financial Times ranking, where EDHEC’s EMBA is also ranked 26th worldwide, and notably, #1 globally for alumni satisfaction for the second consecutive year — a powerful endorsement from those who have experienced the journey first-hand.
Diverse, Experienced, and Impact-Driven Cohorts
On average, participants bring 15 years of management experience, representing diverse industries and nationalities. This diversity, quality and experience is not only a source of peer learning but also one of the programme’s key strengths — recognised by its 13th global ranking for diversity and 17th in the world for the Executive profile of participants in the QS evaluation.
EDHEC’s EMBA class and alumni network is defined by their richness of perspective and shared ambition to grow as impactful, responsible leaders, elements which are appreciated by current and past participants.
“The EMBA is a constant source of enrichment thanks to exchanges with other participants. I learnt so much from my teammates: their ways of working, handling complex situations, managing priorities, and leading teams.” explained Dephine Cozzone, a Paris-based executive with a PhD in Biochemistry and recent alumna of the EMBA with specialisation in Healthcare Innovation & Technology.
Transform360: Empowering Leaders from Within
Central to the EDHEC EMBA experience is Transform360, a comprehensive personal and professional development journey that runs throughout the 16-month programme. Combining executive coaching, leadership workshops, and reflective learning, Transform360 equips participants to step confidently into more strategic roles and rethink their leadership approach.
“The EMBA provided me with a deeper understanding of leadership frameworks and behavioural insights,” explained Remi Poncet, Europe General Manager at Acteon.
Beyond technical knowledge, the programme encouraged self-reflection and personal development. “It challenged me to reflect on my leadership style, identify my strengths, and work on areas for improvement to become a more effective and adaptable leader.”
Shaping the Leaders of Tomorrow
The latest results are a testament to the enduring impact of the EDHEC EMBA, and to the collective efforts of its faculty, staff, alumni and participants.
“We are genuinely honoured by the recognition in both the QS and Financial Times rankings,” says Véronique Carresse, Programme Director. “To be placed among the top 30 EMBA programmes worldwide by prestigious rankings like QS & The Financial Times is incredibly rewarding for our alumni, participants and the school. Our goal has always been to provide an experience that is not only academically rigorous but deeply human and transformational. These results reflect the success of that vision, and we are grateful to our community of alumni who continue to embody the spirit of EDHEC around the world.”
