The business community has confirmed EDHEC’s standing, ranking it 4th among post-preparatory grandes écoles in the first edition of the L’Express Éducation × NextEdu ranking, published on 22 January 2026. This performance is all the more significant as it directly reflects the school’s reputation among employers, placing EDHEC at the same level as in the SIGEM ranking.

Produced in partnership with OpinionWay, this new ranking gives a voice to those who recruit and assesses how business schools are perceived by the business world, as well as the level of confidence placed in their graduates. More than 1,000 French decision-makers (company executives, HR directors, recruitment managers and senior executives in investment banks and consulting firms, among others) were surveyed by OpinionWay and NextEdu. Respondents were asked to rate, on a scale from 0 to 10, their likelihood of recommending a candidate from each of the post-preparatory grandes écoles included in the ranking. EDHEC was ranked 4th.

This 4th place is the result of a collective effort carried out by the entire EDHEC ecosystem. It reflects the commitment of alumni, whose professional journeys each help to strengthen the school’s reputation on the market. It also rests on the trust of partner companies, which welcome students for internships, work-study programmes and first jobs. Finally, this achievement is the outcome of the rigorous work of faculty and staff, who support students and equip them with essential skills.

This result reinforces EDHEC’s strategy: to train talents who are immediately operational, responsible and ready to meet the challenges of an ever-changing economic environment.

“This confidence shown by the business community confirms EDHEC’s status as a benchmark school among recruiters. This ranking highlights the employability of our graduates, who are able to build sustainable careers in a business world undergoing profound transformation. It also underscores the ability of all our programmes to train profiles that meet companies’ expectations,” emphasises Tristan-Pierre Maury, Director of EDHEC’s Grande École Programme.
