Le Point Ranking 2026: EDHEC consolidates its position as France’s 4th Grande École

EDHEC’s Grande École Programme (PGE) has secured 4th place in Le Point’s 2026 ranking. This position reflects a sustained trend: EDHEC has also held 4th place in the Sigem rankings for five consecutive years, as well as in the first edition of the L’Express Éducation × NextEdu ranking.

Ranked 4th out of 37, the PGE thus confirms its excellence across key criteria. This performance is based on six indicators, with the PGE placing in the top four for four of them: salaries, teaching quality, professional development, and selectivity.

The “teaching quality” score reflects the student–staff ratio and its quality, as well as the number of faculty members holding a doctorate or PhD who teach on the PGE and contribute to double degrees with other French higher education institutions. EDHEC’s PGE offers nine double degrees in engineering, mathematics and the humanities. The most recent addition, the engineering–management double degree with the École Navale in Brest, provides students with opportunities in defence-related careers.

The “selectivity” criterion is based on the Sigem ranking, in which EDHEC’s Grande École Programme has consistently held 4th place for five years, highlighting its attractiveness among preparatory class students.

EDHEC’s Grande École Programme ranks 3rd for the “professional development” criterion (up one place). This indicator is based in particular on the average employment rate of graduates, the average gross annual salary (excluding bonuses) reported by schools for their graduates upon completion over the past three years, the minimum compulsory duration of internships, the proportion of work-study students among graduates, the percentage of graduates who have taken a gap year, and the size of the alumni network.

Finally, EDHEC ranks 1st for the “salaries” criterion, based on the average gross annual salary (excluding bonuses) reported by schools for their graduates upon completion over the past three years. This indicator highlights the employability of our graduates.

“These results confirm the relevance of our academic strategy. They demonstrate EDHEC’s ongoing commitment to excellence in teaching, strong professional development, and sustained attractiveness for both students and recruiters,” emphasises Tristan-Pierre Maury, Director of EDHEC’s Grande École Programme.
