A busy quarter of work

From October to December 2023, the EDHEC NewGen Talent Centre spread the word across France to reach a wide audience. Manuelle Malot, director of the centre and of EDHEC's careers and foresight department, spoke to nearly 6,000 managers and executives from a wide range of sectors and professions. She shared her expertise and her vision of the career aspirations, behaviours and skills of the new generations, based on over a million data points collected over a decade by her team from more than 80,000 students and recent graduates.
