Programme objectives

The AI-Augmented Leadership & Performance track is designed to help EMBA participants harness AI as a lever for individual, team and organisational performance. By the end of the track, participants will be able to:

Identify high-value opportunities to apply AI to productivity, decision-making and execution
Use AI-enabled approaches to strengthen strategic decision-making
Lead human–AI collaboration, adoption and change across teams and functions
Define and apply principles of Responsible AI and governance (risk, ethics, trust, accountability)
Build the foundations for AI strategy and execution: data strategy, operating model implications, and performance measurement
Translate learning into action through an AI-applied project, linked to a real organisational or industry challenge

The AI-Augmented Leadership & Performance track equips decision-makers with the mindset, tools and leadership practices to move from AI awareness to practical, responsible execution.
