Lead360 was created with a clear intention. As Professor Inge de Clippeleer explains, “we want to help our global MBA participants to really transition and to transform.”

Lead360 accompanies that evolution. Lead360 is not confined to a single module. “We've really carefully made a choice to kind of weave 360 into everything in the program,” says Professor de Clippeleer.
Participants attend dedicated seminars on communication, negotiation, diversity and team effectiveness. Leadership development is also embedded in core academic moments. Presentations, for instance, are assessed not only on analytical content but on influence and impact. “The faculty involved will give them feedback on their class, the content of it, but we will give feedback on how they presented and how they've sold their story and inspired people,” explains Professor de Clippeleer.
