Managing Innovation and Digital Transformation
Learn how to maintain business relevance, competitiveness, and productivity in an age defined by accelerating technologies, data evolution, and shifting consumer expectations. This course develops your ability to lead innovation and manage digital transformation with agility and strategic foresight. You'll gain tools for anticipating market disruptions, understanding the impact of AI, and aligning your company’s innovation roadmap with long-term business goals.
Design Thinking, AI, Business Transformation and Use Cases
This module offers hands-on exploration of how AI is transforming business strategy. You'll be introduced to Design Thinking practices from experts at IBM, and apply them during an immersive workshop. Together with experts, you’ll focus on creating AI-powered assistants and gain real-world exposure to business automation, programming with Python, and the ethical dimensions of AI. This module bridges the technical and strategic, giving you the mindset and tools to lead responsible AI integration.
GMBA Specialisation: AI & Innovation track
Any AI transformation requires effective change management and people management skills... we want students to get their hands dirty and understand what it takes to create a minimal viable product for AI integration.

A learning expedition with the world’s disruptors and disrupted
Participate in a one-week international learning expedition to a major innovation hub. You’ll explore the future of digital disruption from both disruptors and incumbents. Meet with digital leaders including Salesforce, Artefact, , Amazon, , and others as they share how they’ve transformed operations, marketing, and consumer engagement using big data and AI. Gain insights into how industries from retail and luxury to fintech and public health are adapting their business models in a fast-evolving landscape.
