EDHEC Business School has joined the ranks of the world’s Top 50 Business Schools for its Executive MBA programme, according to the Financial Times 2020 EMBA rankings published today, rising 24 places from the 2019 rankings. Coming hot on the heels of the Executive Education 2020 rankings, where EDHEC featured in the World's Top 10, the new Financial Times ranking confirms the School’s excellent standing in the international market for executive training.

World No. 45, up 41 places in just three years ‒ an unprecedented climb

Just three years after being included in the Financial Times EMBA survey for the very first time, EDHEC has flown up the rankings to 45th place globally in 2020. The School has gained 41 places since entering the rankings in 2017. This strong progression is indicative of the drive for excellence and business relevance the School embodies in its leadership development and, indeed, all of its programmes.

Most notably, it translates into an overall customer satisfaction rating of 9.55, making EDHEC the top-ranked French business school by this measure and placing it in the World’s Top 10. By including EDHEC in the top 50 Executive MBAs globally, the Financial Times is recognising the high quality and selectivity of its leadership programme, as well as its continuous adaptation to the realities of a global economy in profound transition.

EDHEC's Executive MBA aims to create the conditions for professional and personal transformation to which managers and leaders aspire, allowing them to think about their future in this uncertain environment, this ranking is recognition of the value we bring to our students and their companies.

says Stéphane Canonne, Director of EDHEC Executive Education and MBA Programmes.

Thanks to my EMBA programme at EDHEC, I have revitalised my career and acquired the new skills I needed for my personal development and to boost my salary. Armed with greater confidence, after 13 years in a management position at my company, Firmenich, I was promoted to Vice President and became a member of the Senior Leadership Team. I was also transferred to our Aromas Division to take up a new challenge in our subsidiary in the United States. This real professional and personal development was possible thanks to the unwavering support of my company and my family. Today, I am an ‘upgraded’ 2.0 version of myself and ready to take on the challenges that lie ahead!

says Sonia BOTTA, VP Global Citrus, Firmenich
