Bio

Ricardo Azambuja holds a PhD in Management from ESSEC Business School. Prior to joining EDHEC, he was affiliated with Rennes School of Business (France) and Fundação Dom Cabral (Brazil), and had visiting appointments at Cardiff Business School (UK) and Hitotsubashi University (Japan). His work has been published in FT-listed journals and presented in relevant newspapers. R. Azambuja’s research revolves around topics such as individuals’ everyday interaction, agency and experience in organizations of various sectors (ex. agriculture, arts, auditing) and cultures (ex. Brazil, France, Japan and USA). At EDHEC, he teaches Organizational Behavior and Research Methods. Prior to joining academia, he worked for a decade as a management professional in the auditing, consulting and oil & gas sectors.
