Director, professor of management
Hager Jemel holds a doctorate in management science (IAE Lille) and is currently involved in both teaching and research. Her work focuses on the CSR challenges facing companies and the way in which the financial markets perceive Environmental, Social and Governance criteria. She joined the Open Leadership team in 2016.

Carla Di Martino holds a PhD in philosophy and religious studies. She has also a postgraduate degree in international relations. She joined Open Leadership in 2020 and her current research focuses on leadership, inclusion and diversity through a qualitative approach.

Magalie Vigé holds a PhD in economics (University of Poitiers). Her research focuses on diversity, inclusion and inequalities of access in its many facets by combining quantitative and qualitative methods. She joined Open Leadership in 2020.
Associate researcher
Sarah Saint-Michel successfully completed the Agrégation in Economics and Management and holds a doctorate in management science from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. She currently works as a lecturer at the Ecole de Management de la Sorbonne. Her research focuses on the themes of leadership and organizational practices that favour inclusion and diversity.

Serge da Motta Veiga holds a PhD in management from University of Missouri. He is professor in human resources management at EDHEC Business School. His area of expertise is career and talent management, including job search, recruitment and careers transition.
Professor of management
Camille Pradies holds a PhD in management from Boston College and is also a graduate of ESCP. She has been a professor of management at EDHEC Business School since 2014. Her area of expertise is change management and paradoxes.
