Understanding new generations
Employers must evolve in line with the aspirations of new generations. Workplace has changed and companies now face an increasingly international “talent war”. They must offer more than just a job and are expected to fulfil determining criteria such as innovation, management practices and social commitment. At the EDHEC NewGen Talent Centre, established in 2013, these aspects are all emphasised through surveys and polls that act as a benchmark on the labour market.
