Through a culture of entrepreneurship, open-mindedness, non-conformism, pragmatism and leadership, EDHEC has trained generations of managers who are experts in the challenges posed by business for over a century, working closely with companies to help them in their search for interns, apprentices and future executives. The organisation of customised recruitment sessions, topical forums and job-related meetings is the focal point of this approach, which guarantees priority access to the School’s resources and tailor-made support to all of EDHEC’s partners.
Understanding new generations
Employers must adapt in line with the aspirations of new generations. Companies have changed, and they now face an increasingly international “talent war”; they must offer more than just career prospects, and are expected to fulfil determining criteria such as innovation, management practices or social commitment. At the EDHEC NewGen Talent Centre, established in 2013, these aspects are all emphasised through surveys and polls that act as a benchmark on the labour market.
