In designing our customised corporate training programme with EDHEC, we started by detailing our expectations and objectives: We wanted to build a community of global OVHcloud leaders to drive transformation on both a collective and individual level. We also wanted to differentiate ourselves as an employer as we were keen to retain and attract new talent. EDHEC Executive Education provided us with experienced and enthusiastic lecturers with whom we designed each training module. Every session was sponsored by a member of our ComEx team. The finalised programme was a fine balance of academic teaching, business knowledge, and testimonials from OVHcloud leaders. Participants provided very positive feedback.
