Bio
After having served as a professor of law at EDHEC Business School until July 2013, Cédric Manara joined Google as Senior Copyright Counsel, EMEA. He holds a PhD in privacy law and his areas of specialisation include intellectual property law and e-commerce law. The Journal of Intellectual Property Law and Practice recognised him as one of the liveliest and most influential intellectual French specialists in the domain. As Head Columnist for Dalloz, a prominent French law publisher, he has published a number of articles on intellectual property law applied within the digital economy. Cédric Manara has also served as a domain dispute resolution panellist with the Arbitration Center for Internet Disputes (www.adr.eu).
