Bio

I am a researcher, teacher and lecturer on four topics:
- Diversity & inclusion (gender equality in the workplace, intergenerational management, resilience, etc.)
- Health in the workplace (QVCT, RPS, work-life balance, absenteeism, presenteeism, etc.)
- Business ethics, particularly HR ethics
- Management (change management, management errors, etc.).

I have lived mainly in France, Spain and Canada.
