Bio

Xuan FENG is a PhD in Finance student and a teaching assistant at EDHEC Business School in France. As a teaching assistant, Xuan teaches master-level finance courses/tutorials such as ‘Portfolio Construction Theory’. Under the supervision of Professor Riccardo Rebonato, Xuan’s research interest is in the field of asset pricing in fixed income and foreign exchange. Xuan has a keen interest in applying financial theories to practical industry work and is an expert in fixed-income analysis, portfolio/asset management,  financial data analysis, and global investment research. Xuan holds professional qualifications including CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), FRM (Financial Risk Manager), FDP (financial Data Professional), and PMP (Project Management Professional). Xuan has published several papers in renowned international academic journals in the fields of business, economics, and finance. Additionally, Xuan has authored several practical/photography books that have been archived by libraries in top universities.<br />

Before joining EDHEC Business School, Xuan studied advanced PhD-level finance and economics courses at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in Germany. Xuan also has two years of entrepreneurship experience in senior positions such as co-founder. Xuan obtained a Master's in Finance & Investment degree from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in the Netherlands, and a first-class honor Bachelor's degree in International Business from Coventry University in the UK. Before exploring the business/finance area, Xuan finished four years of undergraduate studies in Engineering at Tsinghua University in China.
