The association seeks to raise awareness among students of both culinary art and blindness (a disease that affects several tens of millions of people around the world), by organising an end-of-year event in the form of a “dinner in the dark”, which takes place in complete darkness and allows participants to gain an insight into our two themes. We also arrange other events (after-work events centred on tastings or relating to gastronomy with our cooking section or activities geared to sensitising EDHEC students to culinary art, via programmes produced by our programmes section and which can be seen on our different social networks).
