Edhec Inspiring Women (EIW) is EDHEC's feminist association. Its aim is to raise awareness among students of the feminist cause and its various issues, such as sexist and sexual violence and inequality. To this end, EIW organizes various events throughout the year. These range from conferences with inspiring women, to round-table discussions, as well as collaborations with other EDHEC associations (such as short film screenings and committed workshops). The association also organizes sanitary protection collections to combat menstrual precariousness in the Lille area. Each year, a flagship project is organized: "Women's Rights Week", a week of events and content on social networks to raise the profile of feminism at EDHEC and elsewhere.
