Results of the Financial Times EMBA 2020 ranking, one of the world’s most prestigious Executive MBA rankings, were just revealed, and the EDHEC EMBA is now ranked amongst the top 50 programmes worldwide, progressing 24 places since 2019 and a gain of 41 places overall since we first entered the FT 3 years ago.

This year, for the first time, since entering this Executive MBA ranking, Financial Times also measured participants’ overall satisfaction: with a 9.55/10 average, EDHEC’s Executive MBA is the number one in France and one of the top 10 programmes worldwide for participant satisfaction.

Programme value at the heart of this Executive MBA ranking

Beyond a global recognition, this Executive MBA ranking and this satisfaction scores reflect the value that the EDHEC EMBA represents for its participant, and the powerful impact it has on their professional and personal lives. Although each participant has very different profiles and ambitions, they all share a common desire to transform their lives and careers, and to accelerate their professional evolution.

Discover how the EDHEC EMBA experience transformed the careers of 4 EDHEC alumni:

Xavier – the transformative power of EDHEC EMBA

“Joining the EDHEC EMBA remains, to this day, the best professional decision I have ever made. It has changed my life in so many ways. From a human perspective, it enabled to meet people from a great diversity of backgrounds and profiles. It made me grow intellectually as well, because our passionate teachers and speakers were all recognised experts in their fields. Finally, it was a professional revolution that allowed me to become the leader of my own destiny by aligning my goals with my skills. It made me understand which direction I wanted to go for the next 10 years. Since graduated, I have become the happy founder of a growing company.”

Sonia Botta – Today, I am an upgraded “2.0 version” of myself thanks to my EDHEC EMBA

“With the EDHEC EMBA, I acquired new skills that were necessary for both my personal development and my professional evolution, so I could progress my career – including in terms of salary evolution. After 13 years as an executive in my company, Firmenich, and thanks to a trusting relationship with my employer that the EMBA contributed to strengthen, I was promoted to Vice-President and became a member of the Senior Leadership Team. Previously based in Grasse, I joined our American subsidiary to take up a new challenge. Today, I am an upgraded, “2.0 version” of myself, ready to face all the challenges ahead of me! This professional and personal fulfillment was made possible by the EMBA, and with the unconditional support from my company and my family.”

Sophie Wilford – A life-changing EMBA

“This Executive MBA has changed my life at so many levels. It allowed me to perfect my knowledge and vision of the business world, to strengthen my soft skills and, above all, to meet extraordinary human beings, among my classmates and among the EDHEC team. Since I completed this EMBA programme, I’ve been feeling more confident and freer than ever.”

Vito Cavaliere – More than a diploma, a professional and personal evolution

“When I chose to do this EMBA, I was not just looking for a degree, I wanted to engage in a deep evolution… and that’s what I found at EDHEC! This idea of transformation shows in the curriculum, with a strong focus on coaching and personal development, with the consulting project – an opportunity to put our newly acquired knowledge and skills into practice – or with the global business trips – in Vietnam or in Seattle in my case – that fuel our large-scale vision of business dynamics and trends. Besides, when you join EDHEC EMBA you join a lively and tightly knit network. Since the very beginning of the programme, I have felt like I was part of a new family. To this day, this network has been a powerful transformation factor: during and after the programme, we have all felt supported by our classmates, their skills, and their experience. It has helped us in our career evolution and in the development of our projects. It has been the backbone of my new professional path.”
